Money needs to stop going to banks to collect dust, instead, you should use this surprising little-heard of method.

You Have Never Heard This!

The media says a lot of stuff, in my opinion, some of it might be true but it was probably written or said with a strong bias.

That’s why it is good to go to other sources instead of the mainstream media

One of my followers even said so himself,  “For certain this is better than what the media is putting out” -thechosenguitarist

So always go into the world with your discerning cap on.

Notice I said “discerning” the reason I said this is because discerning and thinking are very different.

Thinking according to the Oxford dictionary means “the process of using one’s mind to consider or reason about something.”

Discerning also according to the Oxford dictionary means “having or showing good judgment.”

So as you can see they both use the same thing (The Mind) but mean different things.

Well, that’s enough stuff about words.

This is what you presumably have not heard from the media.

Not to put money into banks!

This is probably a shocker to some of you, but it is true.

Stock Market

The stock market can be a risky thing to put your money into, and it is not right for everyone but the return can be incredible.

The bank, on the other hand, can be quite depressing.

As stated by SmartAsset.com the yearly average for interest in a savings account is .09%.

That is extremely low, for example, if you had 1000 dollars in the bank you would only make an extra 90 cents a year.

So what do I do now?

Well as I briefly mentioned before the stock market can be the way to go for some, but not everyone.

If you are thinking about investing in the stock market you need to do an incredible amount of research.

You should only invest if you’re certain what your stock will do.

Use Your Money Wisely

The main reason I don’t think you should keep all your money in the bank is that you can use it for other more useful things.

Whenever you have the chance to use your money to do more efficient things than do it.

This mindset that I’ve found very useful, I first discovered in the book Killing Sacred Cows by Garrett B. Gunderson.

If you have the time you should check it out.
