Doug Wilson’s view of the world goes against mainstream media and affirms the Christian’s belief.

Who is Doug Wilson?

Douglas James Wilson was born on June 18, 1953.

He is a conservative pastor who rejects the modern secular thinking and places the bible before any other book on earth.

His pastoral role is at Christ Church in Moscow, Idaho where most of his family lives, who are also prolific authors like their dad.

He has been married to his beloved wife Nancy for “40 years and counting” Doug says on his blog.

He has 3 children, and 17 grandchildren.

He blogs profusely almost every day.

If you haven’t seen it already go check out his blog at dougwils.com.

Currently, he is a faculty member at New St. Andrews College. This is one of the last Christian non-government-funded colleges.

Doug is also an official bible theologian.

Grace Agenda

Last month I had the pleasure of meeting Doug Wilson for the first time.

He was the main speaker at the Grace Agenda conference.

You can find him speaking at conferences all over America.

One additional thing that I enjoyed about Grace Agenda 2020, all most no one was wearing a mask.

If you want to read more about GA 2020 or what Mr. Wilson spoke about there read this post https://theaustinblog.org/2020/09/03/grace-agenda-2020/.

Censored By “Big Tech”

If you regularly post conservative content on your social media accounts you have probably been censored before.

When conservatives bring their own opinion to the table that is against the narrative they will most likely at some point get canceled.

We live in a “ cancel-culture” where if you don’t raise your fist for BLM or if you don’t promote “critical race theory” you will be ripped up and down by those who oppose you.

People are incredibly bold about issues behind their computer but when they come face to face with the real problem they shrivel up in fear.

This is why so many people believe that this was a “fiery, but mostly peaceful protest” and not a full-blown riot.

Doug Wilson does not appear to care whether or not he gets cancelled, because telling the truth is more important than appealing to the “cancel-culture”.

Recently, on April 10 of this year, Google canceled Doug and his church’s app.

His church’s app is Christkirk which has the whole bible in audio, has daily Scripture readings and also has weekly sermons posted.

They took this app off of Google Play because it violated “Their Sensitive Events policy”, which is another way of saying they don’t like Doug.

He has been called a “Calvinist Firebrand”.

The Christian Faith

As a Christian, my faith is like a sword, a sword that only grows stronger with every blow received or given.

God is our stronghold and fortress who will never forsake us.

Do not fear man, only fear God!

This is the life of fighting so the next can be a life of rejoicing.

“For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places.” Ephesians 6:12

We are here to advance the wonderful Word of God.

We have all been put here in this time for a reason.

“A time to love, and a time to hate; a time for war, and a time for peace.” Ecclesiastes 3:8

Today we fight, tomorrow we rejoice!

Success! You're on the list.

  1. Yes, I was also blessed by Grace Agenda 2020 and I am looking forward to their Spring Conference in 2021. I agree that worshiping with over 600 Christians and not wearing a mask while singing hymns was a nice bonus. Thank you for the post.

  2. Great post! I have learned much from Pastor Wilson over the past years and am very thankful for his courage to always speak the truth. May God raise up more Christians with courage who love God more than the opinions of sinful man.
