Joe Biden

The CDC now owns your home.

CDC Eviction Moratorium

The Center for Disease Control on August 3, 2021 put into effect an illegal eviction moratorium. This comes after President Joe Biden said, “The bulk of constitutional scholars say [a mandated eviction moratorium] is not likely to pass constitutional muster.” And then he goes on to ask the CDC to “go back and consider other options [concerning the eviction moratorium.]

Because this was unconstitutional for one of the three branches of government to do this they had to have the fourth follow through with this ban. The legislative branch of government is no longer essential when unelected “experts” can make laws concerning the people of America.

This comes directly from the CDC’s website, “CDC is issuing a new order temporarily halting evictions in counties with heightened levels of community transmission in order to respond to recent, unexpected developments in the trajectory of the COVID-19 pandemic, including the rise of the Delta variant. It is intended to target specific areas of the country where cases are rapidly increasing, which likely would be exacerbated by mass evictions.”

Now that Anthony Fauci and his team can link a housing problem to Covid-19 this gives them the right to make laws on it, I guess. When the fourth branch of government comes out of the shadows were they live they truly do start to crumble to pieces. They are over-extended and we need to use this opportunity to further expose them.

Diving Deeper

In the same press release where President Biden says what the CDC is doing is illegal he makes an atrocious statement that proves he wants to be a dictator but does not have the courage to say so.

I can’t tell you, I don’t know (referring to if the eviction moratorium will pass “constitutional measure”). There are a few scholars who say it will, and others who say it is not likely too. But at a minimum by the time it get litigated, it will probably give some additional time while we’re getting out that 45 billion dollars to people.

President Joe Biden

Under a dictator you receive orders with out any debate, but Joe Biden knows this will receive debate so he is trying to make time. He is essentially stating that because what I’m doing is completely illegal it will take time to be struck down by the courts, and in that time I can commit this crime.

The current president also said in the press release that, “I told you I would not tell the Justice Department, or the medical experts, or scientists what they should say or do, so I don’t want to get ahead. I asked the CDC to go back and consider other options that may be available to them.” So what is it Mr. President are you asking people or are you not? I’m a little confused. Oh I get now, you did not tell them, you asked them

Joe Biden was supposed to be a moderate but so far he is right there sitting with AOC and her gang. There is no moderation about him, Joe Biden is a extreme you can be, so extreme he is willing to openly admit that he has time to commit a crime.

“Now Let Him Enforce It.”

When the CDC originally enacted this tyrannical mandate, the Supreme Court became involved. When this case was brought before them it took an unlikely turn. By a 5-4 vote, this nation-wide mandate was left in place, but only under certain circumstances. The last and tie tipping vote was cast by Justice Brett Kavanaugh who also wrote the concurring opinion for this case. Justice Kavanaugh says the reason he did not strike it down was because it was set to expire July 31.

[B]ecause those few weeks will allow for additional and more orderly distribution.

Justice Brett Kavanaugh

Further on in is final ruling he states that in the future the Congress would have to make this law not the CDC. President Biden’s attorneys told the Court that they would not extend this mandate further than July 31. When Congress met they took no action about the eviction moratorium, thus letting it continue under the CDC’s illegal guidance.

Back in 1832 the Supreme Court ruled in the case of Worcester v. Georgia that where state laws refused to grant land rights to Cherokee Indians infringed on federal law, and thus was nullified. The current president at that time was Andrew Jackson who responded to this court decision by saying, “John Marshall has made his decision, now let him enforce it.” (John Marshall was the Chief Justice at that time.)

This became a problem. The Supreme Court has no enforcement powers, that is left to the Executive branch and to some extent the Legislative branch. The people who ran our government in the past always upheld the Constitution and upheld a courts decision. This was not out of pure curtesy, but was actually demanded by our founding document. When a representative of the people is elected, his duty is to follow the Constitution not his own opinion.

Now that the Supreme Court is no longer taken with a seriousness that should be inherent, who can tell the elites that they are doing something illegal and stop them?

The CDC, The Government, And Karl Marx

One of the foundational documents of every liberals upbringing is the classic The Communist Manifesto. They hold to it like a constitutionalist holds to the constitution. Because of this book we now know that the CDC is truly communist. The government also is starting to turn in this direction. You may be wondering why I say that these are the starting if not already communist, the reason is that they are doing what communists’ do. Taking away private property.

The theory of Communism may be summed up in one sentence: Abolish all private property.

The Communist Manifesto

If the CDC is allowed to force you to let other people live on your property then it’s really not you own property. If the government is forcing you to pay taxes on your property then it’s really not your property. Finally, if you want it proven that the property you live on and own is actually the governments’, stop paying your property tax. (Don’t do that unless you want your property confienscated by the government.)

The fourth branch of government is the most liberally progressive yet. Why do we need a legislative branch when we have the CDC. With no one to debate anything new laws can be rammed through these branches of government fast, crazy fast. If we do not pray that the Lord will save us from this unbiblical standard then this is the end of America.

This Is Helping No One

The CDC’s eviction moratorium is hurting the whole economy in many unforeseen ways. Now that tenants no longer have to pay there landlord they won’t want or have to work. The economy can’t truly recover if there are not enough people supplying the labor force.

Through this “law” the CDC is making the landlords go broke while supplying lazy people with the means to keep being lazy. legally certain people can altogether stop paying the owner of there current home rent without the threat of being evicted. This essentially means that you won’t be evicted for being a criminals and stealing from someone else.

The whole idea of this goes back again to the idea of communism or the redistribution of all the wealth. We need to act like true criminals to achieve this. Steal from the rich, give to the poor, until everyone is poor. The elites who are running your government, elected or not, are trying to destroy America, because they would rather turn it into a communist China.

Back to Karl Marx, he states that, “If you can cut the people off from their history, then they can be easily persuaded.” This is so, so true. We are already seeing this in the general public schools and universities. The best example of this is The 1619 Project. If we don’t know the past how can we know what the future may bring?

Not Now, Not Ever

America was and I truly pray is still a inherently Christian country. From the beginning of its conception godly men protected it. From William Bradford to George Washington America’s Christian heritage stood strong. But now most of the Christians have gone soft and will not stand up for the Holy word of God, because it might offend someone.

Be watchful, stand firm in the faith, act like men, be strong.

1 Corinthians 16:13

    1. Thank you so much for reading! Let me answer your statement before your question. You are correct that the “ship of state is sinking” but I disagree that there are no other boats that we can swim to. There is one ship that always stays afloat and actually floats better when it is under heavy bombardment, that is Christ. Our Lord Jesus Christ’s ship will never sink, but the ships of man will always sink. The reason we are listing is because we are aboard the wrong ship and have been for over a hundred years. To answer you question, don’t trust in man, trust in God; God’s ship not man’s ship. Also we have to wake people up with the truth, Jesus came to the earth to start the beginning of a winning of a war. He did not end a war he only started it. Thanks for asking your question! Please if you have not already share this comment and post with a friend who may not think like you, as Christ said, “And when Jesus heard it, he said to them, “Those who are well have no need of a physician, but those who are sick. I came not to call the righteous, but sinners.” In Christ, Austin Anderson

      1. I haven’t figured out how to change the “meadowlarkridgehoa” name yet.

I, of course, agree that Christ is the Rock *everyone* should flee to for salvation.
But, just as He advised believers, physically, when they saw the signs of the coming destruction of Jerusalem to “flee to the hills”, so I wonder what the boots on the ground solution is for us here.
Yes. The US is toast without Christ. But if my house was burning down around my family and me, we would not just “flee to Christ”. Physically, we would seek a remedy to avoid the fire.
What can we do, after turning to Christ, to reverse the deluge and regain control of the ship?
Storm the Capitol? Retreat to a mountain enclave? Simply lay our heads on the block? Re-establish local control of our lives?

Turning to Christ will bear fruits of repentance in the lives of people. These fruits will look like a people living in the freedom He has purchased for us. A freedom of a self-governing people *worthy* of living under the Constitution envisioned by the likes of John Adams and his contemporaries. The freedom only a religious and moral people can enjoy.

  1. Hah! It looks like you were to articulate for The Austin Blog’s spam filters, A.K.A. “the ether” at least I found both of your questions there. I will answer them very soon but for today, love God and don’t get trapped in a spam filter. (:

  2. Amen that Christ is the Rock of our salvation. He is our only refuge. When a man flees to Christ, it comes out of his fingertips in how he lives. What will the fruits be in our Republic of that fleeing?

During His incarnate ministry on earth, He warned believers that when they saw troops surrounding Jerusalem, when they saw the abomination of desolation, they should take the practical steps of fleeing to the mountains. Those who believed, and had already fled to Christ now also fled to the mountains and were saved from the desolation.

Likewise, if my house is on fire, I do not simply call my family to “flee to Christ!”. We would take practical steps to address the hot topic of the moment and avert disaster.

A person who is unhealthy to the point of being near death, to be saved from an untimely expiration, would carry out practical steps to reverse the course he is on and restore his health; maybe seeking care from a natural medicine wellness type of physician who will prescribe a new diet and supplements.

So too with our Republic. This ship God gave us is the last, best place for Western civilization (Christendom) in existence today. As President Ronald Reagan said, “If we lose freedom here, there is no place to escape to. This is the last stand on earth.”
This republic is burning down. This republic is nigh unto death. This republic is taking on water while we mill about on the poop deck. What are practical steps Christians need to take to plug the holes, bail the water, and retake the bridge? Should the church once again, literally, “flee to the mountains”? (No) Should the citizens storm the Capitols, burn effigies and roll out guillotines? (No) Should we just tuck our heads between our knees and hold on tightly to the brass handles of this sinking ship? What solution do you propose to countermand the crazy crew of miscreants currently caterwauling and careening our ship toward catastrophe?

    1. Thank you for asking! Yes there does need o be a psychical solution to the problem, the best way that I can think of it for normal people to run for government. Originally, the government was supposed to consist of normal people not life-long politicians. What do you think?
